Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
SyproFlow operates on a prepaid-credit model. This policy explains how purchases, cancellations, and refunds are handled. By purchasing credits, you agree to this policy.
Purchases
Credits are purchased in advance and added to your organisation's account balance. Each extraction or operation consumes credits according to the rate displayed within the Service at the time of use. Credit purchases are confirmed by receipt at the time of transaction.
Credits Are Non-Refundable
Credits, once purchased, are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for purchased credits on the basis of a change of mind or discontinued use.
However, purchased credits do not expire and remain available for use in your account for as long as your account is active. This means credits you have paid for are never lost — they stay usable.
Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If you are charged but credits are not added to your account, or if you are charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us at contact@syproflow.com and we will investigate and refund any erroneous or duplicate charge. Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of verification.
Service Failures
If a technical failure attributable to the Service prevents an extraction from completing but credits were consumed, contact us at contact@syproflow.com. Where the failure is on our end, we will restore the consumed credits or make an appropriate adjustment to your account.
Cancellation
You may stop using the Service and discontinue further purchases at any time; there is no long-term subscription lock-in under the prepaid-credit model. Discontinuing use does not entitle you to a refund of previously purchased credits, which remain available in your account as set out above.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
